Most property agents on the Costa del Sol represent the seller or the developer.
We represent you — and only you.
Speak with usWhy we exist
Buying here is not the problem. Buying well is.
Nearly every agency on this coast represents the seller or the developer. Their job is to sell you what they have listed — not to find what you actually need. That is not dishonesty; it is simply how the market is built. But it means that until now, nobody at the table has been on your side.
Add a legal system in a language you may not read, asking prices with room in them that nobody advertises, and running costs that only appear after the keys — and a sound purchase starts to depend on having someone beside you who knows the ground.
That is the whole of our job. We work with buyers, and only with buyers. When we negotiate, there is no listing to protect.
How we work
Three stages. One side of the table.
Understand
A conversation about what you are actually buying — a home, a base, an investment — before anyone talks about listings.
Shortlist
We search the whole market, including what is not publicly listed, and bring you only what stands up to scrutiny.
Guide
Negotiation, legal checks, notary, registration — we stay on your side of the table until the keys are in your hand.
Where we work
Torremolinos to Estepona.
Seventy kilometres of coast where most international buying happens — and where the towns differ far more than the brochures suggest.
More about the areas →Torremolinos
The first coastal town south of Malaga airport, just minutes away. Prices still sit below the coast's average, and the rental market is the strongest on this stretch.
Benalmádena
Marina, hillside views, and a very mixed housing stock — from 1960s blocks to new builds. Choosing well here matters more than anywhere.
Fuengirola
The most walkable town on the coast, with a train to Málaga and the busiest new-build pipeline right now — Higuerón alone has several active projects.
Mijas
From the white village to the La Cala golf valleys — the widest spread of property types and prices in a single municipality.
Marbella
The name carries a premium. Value sits in the districts around the centre, not on the Golden Mile.
San Pedro de Alcántara
Marbella's amenities, ten minutes west, without Marbella's prices. A town people live in year-round.
Estepona
Smaller crowds, newer developments, better value per square metre than Marbella centre.
New on the coast
New developments in our area
A selection of what is being built on this stretch of coast — not our listings.
If one of these interests you, we will assess it the same way we assess everything else: on your side of the table.
Who we work with
Not for everyone. Deliberately.
Our clients are international buyers — most often from the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Poland — buying at €350,000 and above, usually with a significant part of the price in cash. Some are buying a home, some a winter base, some an investment. All of them want the buying done properly.
We are not the right fit for everyone. We do not handle holiday rentals, we do not chase the cheapest apartment on the market, and we will not talk you into a purchase to close a file. If the right property is not there, we say so.
We work on the buyer's side of the table.
Four languages: English, Dutch, Polish and Spanish.
Torremolinos to Estepona — we know this coast street by street.
With you from the first conversation to the keys.
